About Marblehead
We are delighted to be having our wedding in our new home town Marblehead. While you are around, we hope that you will take the oportunity to wander and explore all the town has to offer.
To aid you in your adventures, we have collected a number of resources to guide you. Whether by foot or car, there are many sights to see and things to do that you won't want to miss.
Marblehead is steeped in colonial history. As such, for the history buff in you, there is ample to see and do.
For those with not a lot of time to spare, the driving tour we suggest will offer a great flavor of the town in less than 30 minutes.
Perhaps the best way to discover Marblehead, as the original settlers did, is by foot. We have included a downloadable audio walking tour sponsored by the town's Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to being just 17 miles from Boston, Marblehead is also a short distance from Salem, Gloucester, Manchester and Cape Ann. We have included some links to our favorite local attractions here.
